Saturday 12th April 2014

Our Annual Dinner and AGM will be held on Saturday 12th April 2014 and we welcome all members for what promises to be a wonderful evening.  It is being held at a lovely hotel in Bloomsbury with great food, a cocktail reception, and drinks included.

For the first year, GLADD combined the student and qualified members conference into one big conference in November 2014.

The morning saw split sessions with the students going for student-specific sessions and the ever-popular careers panel discussion. Our qualified members heard advice from the GMC about social media and financial advice for doctors in hardship.

Both groups joined for the afternoon session to hear from GIRES, Prof Kevin Fenton from PHE and Prof Susan Bewley on the subject of women in health research and roel models in the LGBT community.

We're looking forward to our 2015 conference. Watch this space!
