I worked as a receptionist at a medical practice in Gateshead. I met Dow who became a partner and in '97 who asked me if I would help out with mailouts of GLADD Tidings. I retired in '99 and was asked if I would do 'some' of the admin - I agreed - and here I am today doing most of it (registering members, added them to the e-mail list and Ning site and doing the accounts).
